Things you will do
- Assisting Branch Operations Manager in daily operational and managerial activities on appointed branches
- Monitor the SOP implementation
- Responsible for the 5R and K3 at the workplace
- Coordinate with Branch Operations Manager in relation with related vendors on branches needs (laundry,amenities, etc.), including tender, procurement and payment
- Deliver the training materials and subjects that are proposed by Branch Operations Manager
- Provide solutions to resolve operational issues
- Conduct regular (quarterly) work performance appraisal to the branch team
- Conduct monthly one-on-one sessions with the branch team to gather feedback and insights in operations
- Implement reward and punishment on branch level (e.g. accidental reward and reprimand)
- Proposed promotions, demotion, transfer, and termination of employees based on company regulations to Branch Operations Manager
You’ll fit in this job if you
- Hold a diploma or bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field
- Willing to be based in Jakarta with frequent travel in Jakarta, Tangerang, and Bekasi branches
- Proven experience at supervisory level in hotel minimum for 2 years
- Proven experience in hotel pre-opening projects is an advantage
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Ability to engage with vendors and stakeholders
- Understanding the hotel business process
- Attention to detail and curiosity obsessed
- Proficiency in using email, Microsoft Offices, and google suite
- Excellent learning skills, attention to detail, and proactively resolving issues and results-driven
