Brand Activation Operation Executive

Qualifications:

1. Possess a bachelor Degree (S1) from any major
2. Minimum 1 year experience as a sales supervisor or 2 years as marketing promotion in an FMCG Company
3. Possess a driver’s license (type A)
4. Willing to travel / work out of home base
5. Proficient with Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel
6. Willing to be placed in Head Office

Key Responsibilities :

1. Managing Spending - Budget that has been plotted according to plans and strategies in each area
2. Leading and managing a team that is the responsibility of each: Events, Blitzing and managing promotional items in their respective areas especially for Greater Jakarta area
3. Building synergies with marketing teams and sales teams and agencies in their respective areas
4. Ensuring that the BTL promotion program is always in line with the ATL program
