Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute plans for Campaigns, Marketing, Product Launches, and promotional activities in line with the timeline
- Explore collaboration for event organization with external parties such as Event Organizers, agencies, communities, etc.
- Prepare event proposals (concept, schedule, budget, etc.)
- Implement promotion techniques and event publicity methods, including Point of Sale Materials (POSM)
- Create reports assessing and analyzing the outcomes of event organization, including evaluations, analyses, and reviews
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communication, Visual Communication Design (DKV), Digital, or any related major
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Brand Activation, Event Planning, Event Management, or Event Coordination within the FMCG, Health & Wellness, or Beauty industry
- Track record of producing large scale and small scale events
- Proficiency in budget management and financial reporting
- Having the experience to work closely with vendors, KOLs, media, communities or other related parties.
- Proficient in communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in both spoken and written English
