Job Responsibilities :
- Handle administration activities.
- Prepare and check documents to other divisions.
- Create budget/data recapitulation report in detail and accurate.
- Arranging appointment & meeting.
- Provide assistance in developing brand positioning and communication strategies
- Align with commerce on promotional activities
- Collaborate with Market Research team to identify consumer trends and needs
- Provide necessary assistance to Manager in all activities pertaining to brand building
- Support Manager to launch new products in the market
Job Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in administrative works
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
- Proficiency in microsoft office (Ms. word and excel)
- Understand about marketing process, 4P’s, 360 Activation
- Able to communicate with English (speaking & writing) and mastering in analytical and presentation skills
- Having good interpersonal and communication skill
