Uraian Tugas

Job Responsibilities :

  • Handle administration activities.
  • Prepare and check documents to other divisions.
  • Create budget/data recapitulation report in detail and accurate.
  • Arranging appointment & meeting.
  • Provide assistance in developing brand positioning and communication strategies
  • Align with commerce on promotional activities
  • Collaborate with Market Research team to identify consumer trends and needs
  • Provide necessary assistance to Manager in all activities pertaining to brand building
  • Support Manager to launch new products in the market

Job Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in administrative works
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
  • Proficiency in microsoft office (Ms. word and excel)
  • Understand about marketing process, 4P’s, 360 Activation
  • Able to communicate with English (speaking & writing) and mastering in analytical and presentation skills
  • Having good interpersonal and communication skill
