Qualification
- Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience as a Brand Manager working in a Cosmetics or FMCG companies
- Have at least a Bachelor Degree
- Experienced and knowledgeable in many digital & conventional marketing concepts.
- Able to come up with exciting and innovative ideas in marketing and able to communicate them clearly.
- Able to design new products that responds to market trends
- Being a good team player is a must.
Job description
- Maintaining brand positioning in market segments.
- Designing new products and monitoring its development from conceptualization to product launch
- Designing adverts according to market segments while staying in tune with the brand.
- Forming a strong and lasting brand image.
- Determining marketing targets
- Responding to feedbacks from customers and making necessary adjustments to ensure brand growth
- Achieving sales targets and increasing target goals.
- Implementing, monitoring, and evaluating marketing strategies.
- Creating programs and strategies to increase and maximize brand awareness
- Reporting and monitoring sales performance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
