Job Description & Responsibility:
- This Brand Marketing Manager position can also be intended for those of you who are looking for the position: Marketing Manager and Marketing Communications Manager
- Planning and implementing Brand Marketing Strategies including campaigns, events, sponsorships, Promotions to elevate brand awareness and increasing brand value and profitability
- Manage the brand’s presence across various digital and traditional channels, including social media, website, email marketing, print, and events.
- Researching and analysing consumer behaviours, market trends and competitor activity in order to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive strategies.
- Oversee the creating and production of marketing collateral, including advertising materials, packaging, promotional items, ensuring brand consistency.
- Work closely with product development teams to ensure alignment between brand messaging and product offerings.
- Collaborating with Sales team to develop integrated marketing programs that attract business market.
- Ensuring that marketing and communications efforts adhere to agreed timelines
- Collaborating with different teams from other division.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field;
- Proven experience (2 years) in Brand Marketing, with a successful track record of developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and build consensus.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in F&B or a related field is a plus.
- Leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
- Passion for branding and consumer behavior, with a finger on the pulse of the latest industry trends and best practices.
