Job Description
- Create a funnelling plan to expand HW Group's partner base.
- Seek leads from partners that have the potential to enhance the image and/or branding of HW Group.
- Build partner database.
- Ensure potential partners are in accordance with the established branding strategy.
- Maintain good relationship with partners.
- Ensure the diversity of partner brands.
- Negotiate with potential partners to suit the needs of HW Group.
Job Requirement
- Minimum bachelor's degree from any major.
- Minimum 2 year experience in Sales, Business Development, or equivalent.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, & interpersonal skills.
- Able to work target oriented and under pressure.
- Excellent time management.
- Strong in presentation & public speaking.
- Fluent in English is a must.
