Job Descriptions
Team Promotion Recruitment:
- Perform recruitment process for promotion team
- Update the product knowledge for promotion team
- Allocate the job assignment for team promotion
- Evaluate the performance of promotion team
- Monitor performance of the overall promotion team activities
Promotion Events:
- Cooperate with event organizers to establish event requirements
- Responsible for the equipments that will be used in promotion events
- Prepare promotion tools (e.g., brochures, pamphlet, etc) and ensure its availability for related event
- Perform promotion event preparation and conduct event activities (inside and outside campus)
- Coordinate with related units to prepare promotion materials
- Implement promotion campaign for effective public launch of related product
- Collaborate with other units for joint promotion activities
- Produce publicity documents and coordinate the distribution of all promotional materials for related project
- Search for promotion opportunities (e.g., school canvassing)
Promotion Administration:
- Prepare and send invitation letters for all promotion events
- Provide the prospect customers database for telemarketing activities
- Maintain and update all related data regarding promotion plan and event
- Create promotion event report and evaluation
Promotion Relation:
- Represent Bina Nusantara at promotions events
- Search promotion activity opportunities in various school and industry
- Conduct and follow up school canvassing process
- Maintain relationship with various channel of distribution
- Arrange and conduct visits from prospective customer (i.e., campus tours and viewings of the facilities and services)
Management Support Activities:
- Perform and complete other tasks as assigned by managers
- Provide periodic report to direct supervisor
- Compiles, maintains, and file all reports, records and other documents required
- Suggest improvement process related to sales activities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
- Perform activities related to Quality Management System
Education Requirement:
- Diploma Degree (D3), or
- University student (6th semester)
