- Bachelor of Civil / Mechanical Engineering with Minimum GPA 3.00 of 4.00 from reputable University
- Minimum 10 years of strong experience in Building Maintenance
- Having a good knowledge of common methods, practices, and materials used in maintenance and repair work of buildings and building facilities; various tools used in Building Maintenance and repair work and their proper employment and care.
- Able to work under high pressure
- Have a good analysis and logic of thinking
- Communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Able organize, set priorities, and exercise sound independent judgment within areas of responsibility
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Willing to work in South Jakarta
