- Manage shopping mall operations including property management, tenant management, customer service, Facility management, housekeeping and maintenance.
- Maintains a safe environment and identifies and eliminates safety hazards to Mall staff, tenants and customers.
- Supports preparation for emergency and disaster response.
- Performs Condition Assessments (either personally or with the assistance of consultants) to assist in the development of long-range capital plans and budgets.
- Able to identification tool malfunction and doing improvement.
- Responsible and maintenance for mall operational including parking, security, housekeeping & landscape.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in engineering major.
- Have experiences at the same field (hotel, mall, building).
- Good communication skill.
- Enable to work in team.
- Minimum have 5 years experiences at the same field.
