Responsibilities
• Perform regular checks, maintenance, and repairs on electronic or electrical equipment• Perform light maintenance and repairs on Air Conditioner (AC) units and Exhaust Fans• Perform maintenance on Plumbing• Perform maintenance on building aspects such as painting, gypsum repair, partitioning, and interior tidiness• Follow policies, instructions, tasks, and directives from superiors
Requirements
• Age 22-38 years old• Minimum SMK/STM education in Civil, Electrical, or Air Conditioning• Minimum 1 year work experience as a Technician/Engineering Staff in Apartment Buildings, Office Towers, or Shopping Malls• Proficient in the maintenance and repair of building aspects such as Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, and Cooling Systems• Knowledge of Building Automation System (BAS) and AutoCAD is preferred• Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk/Kelapa Gading
