Job Description:
- Analyzing Clients needs and make business flow for application to a document such as BRD Business Requirement Document.
- Do research for company product.
- Responsible for analyzing business and technical documentation including Data mapping rules, product description and parameterization.
- Delegating tasks to the programmer and monitoring progress profession.
- Validate the results by supporting the functional test and acceptance processes, as well as test application.
- Provide references by writing technical documentation.
- Develop solutions by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions.
Requirements:
- Graduate from reputable University with minimum GPA 3.00
- Have previously experienced as Business Analyst in Insurance or Financial Services.
- Critical and analytical thinking, able to gather requirements based on existing business process, create business process flow, and design the to-be conditions as required/expected from the business, BRS, FSD, Manual Guide for business user.
- Have experiences IT Project especially project related to Insurance (Life Asia, Group Asia).
- Having knowledge in: Jira, Visio, MS. Project, Agile, Scrum, IFRS.
- Have good communication skills and can be reached in a team.
- Have a strong understanding of requirements and team coordination.
- Able to work together with various other work units.
- Able to document to be process based on the target operating model and actual implementation of the solution implemented in business.
- Handle Project: project related investment rationalization di core system, project related product enhancement, project related Communication Workflow System (CWS), project related Purchase Journey: Deduplication Logic, project related end to end tracking system.
