Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Business Development Manager at Yuna Consulting located in Makassar. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to developing and implementing business growth strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting market research, and meeting sales targets. This is a hybrid role, with the option to work remotely for some of the time.
Qualifications
- Strong sales skills and experience in Business Development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experienced in finding potential clients/customers through visiting, social media & phone calls.
- Experience working with POS software, accounting software, such as Moka POS, Jurnal-Mekari, Majoo, Accurate, Zahir, Booble.id, klikpajak, and other software/applications.
- Has extensive knowledge related to the functions of tax consultants and accounting consultants for our target market, business owners, can create business plans and have experience pitching to business owners, at least able to explain why tax/accounting consultants should be used in the company.
- Experience in organizing seminars/webinars, and business chats (business chats with UMKM business owners), at least being an MC-moderator.
- Has a large database of business owners
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Experience in market research and analysis
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Relevant industry experience is a plus
