Business Development Staff

Responsibilities:

• Develop, analyze, and organize product strategies for the company
• Survey strategic locations for the placement of coffee machine and snack machine products
• Negotiate with customers regarding sales and marketing of products
• Build partnerships with relevant stakeholders in both private and government sectors
• Develop the business effectively and efficiently
• Identify business opportunities related to the company's products
• Contact and maintain working relationships with partners
• Visit potential clients through canvassing, cold calls, and emails
• Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports for superiors
• Collaborate with internal departments

Qualifications :

• Age: 22-30 years old
• Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Strategic Marketing, Strategic Management, or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position in the field of Business Development or as a Marketing Executive in a Coffee Shop or food and beverage company
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Highly motivated
• Target Oriented
• Broad knowledge of business in startup companies (preferred)
• Ready to join quickly
