BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE STAFF

The Department’s main objective is developing and managing Business Intelligence solutions for the organization by optimizing Data Processing and Industry Information Sourcing.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Providing Reports through office’s and other applications to improve business processes, as well as to support Management Strategy through resourcing Outside Data like from Government Websites, Business and Statistics Articles, and other sources when needed.

• Collaborating with team members for the purpose of collecting data and executing the company’s mission

• Analysing business requirements and processes based on Data Analysis, and recommending them to the management and executives for implementation

• Creating and maintaining documentation that includes reports archive, database, design,

requirements and SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for the organization

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor Degree (S1) from any Formal Education background, passionate with numbers and details, preferably with additional Business Intelligence Software Certification

• Excellent in Excel functions is a must, with also ability in other MS Office usage like Word, PPT, etc.

• Having analytical skills and problem-solving attitude

• Having good interpersonal, communication, listening and presentation skills

• Having good English of both written and conversation is a must

• Having knowledge and experience using Business Intelligence Software is preferable

• Proper knowledge on Telco Industry, general business policies and regulations is preferable
