A prominent telecommunications company in Indonesia is considering entering the digital business arena by integrating financial technology services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for establishing and managing business relationships, addressing issues, and responding to inquiries.
- Identify and pursue partnership opportunities, present proposals, and negotiate mutually advantageous agreements.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of partnerships and determine strategies for optimizing growth.
- Collaborate with various teams, including policy, legal, communications, marketing, product, finance, and sales, to ensure seamless cross-functional cooperation.
- Engage with external partners to cultivate new business prospects in existing markets and explore opportunities in new markets.
- Identify potential partners aligned with business needs, goals, and existing partnerships.
- Negotiate partnership agreements to ensure both parties fulfill obligations and derive benefits from the collaboration.
- Manage existing strategic partnerships, propose collaboration initiatives, monitor performance, and address conflicts.
- Utilize data analysis and market research to pinpoint opportunities for new partnerships.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Business partnerships with specialty in Fintech Industry
- Proficiency in business process analysis, mapping, testing, and design.
- Familiarity with market research techniques and data analysis.
- Experience working in an Agile environment, with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies and tools like Scrum and Kanban.
- Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication of proposed strategies, process improvements, and operational decisions to key stakeholders.
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
