Job Description
- Gathering, validating and documenting business requirements
- Evaluating existing Business Processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization, and developing and implementing best practice solutions
Conduct data analysis to measure process performance and identify areas of inefficiency - Recommend and implement Process Improvements and automation initiatives
- Update, implement, and maintain process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures
- Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency Monitor and track process changes, ensuring smooth implementation and adherence to standards
- Prepare a periodic report and presentation to the upper management to review ongoing initiatives
- Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users, by managing stakeholder interests, timelines, and expectations within scope and budget
Requirement
- Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline
- A minimum of 2 years of proven working experience in a business analysis or similar role
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply with passionate for Business Process, continuous improvement, business analysis, and system analysis
- Exceptional problem solving, analytical, and conceptual thinking skills
High competency in Microsoft Office applications - Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings
- Strong documentation, organizational, planning and time management skills
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
