Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of interns to conduct research on residential buildings in various districts and cities.
- Analyze market trends and identify potential opportunities for development.
Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate industry. - Collaborate with the development team to identify suitable sites for residential projects.
- Develop strategies to maximize the potential of each site and optimize the supply pipeline.
- Monitor market conditions and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Analyze the rental market pricing in specific areas.
- Mentor and coach interns to develop their skills and knowledge in real estate research.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate research or a related field (for junior).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate research or a related field (for senior).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team (experience managing a team is advantageous).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and real estate analysis software.
