About Our Client:

A global hospitality company (Fulltime & remote working).

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of interns to conduct research on residential buildings in various districts and cities.
• Analyze market trends and identify potential opportunities for development.
  Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate industry.
• Collaborate with the development team to identify suitable sites for residential projects.
• Develop strategies to maximize the potential of each site and optimize the supply pipeline.
• Monitor market conditions and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Analyze the rental market pricing in specific areas.
• Mentor and coach interns to develop their skills and knowledge in real estate research.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate research or a related field (for junior).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate research or a related field (for senior).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team (experience managing a team is advantageous).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and real estate analysis software.
