Uraian Tugas
- In charge as assistant to project manager to execute and conduct assigned projects and accountable for the overall project and multiple workstreams including project plan, work schedule control, design & build deliverables, project coordinator and project outcome monitoring and evaluation.
- Responsible for facilitating company business plan & strategy set up, monitoring key company performance and preparing the data and reports both internal and external sources based on management request.
- Project design & evaluation: Identify project plan and schedule as per PM guidance and manage the overall of project schedule.
- Evaluate the project's performance or results after implementation. Besides, being a project member for support, coordinate, and facilitate all tasks related to projects being assigned. / Work as part of the project team on the tasks being assigned, such as data collection, workflow development, creating memos, and conducting surveys. Besides, have to monitor and evaluate the project result after implementation, etc.
- Business Planning: A business plan is set up and reviewed.
- Follow up on the progress of business/action plan; analyze/monitor/ keep track of the progress of each department’s plan, develop contingency plan (if needed) and review key focus KPI Target.
- Analysis data and research: Update and follow up on the economic situation and future trends.
- At least Master’s Degree in economics, business, or related fields
- At least 5 years working experience in Business Strategy, product management and operation improvement and project analysis related to bank and finance business.
- Able to communicate in English both speaking and writing
- Computer literature in Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving Skill and logic thinking
- Able to work under pressure and limited time line
- Presentation and reporting skill
- Project Management skill
