Business Support Analyst

Job Description: 

• Gathers information to understand business process/system needs. 
• Identifies and recommends improvements for system/process. 
• Create a functional specification document. 
• Develop and implement new system based on requirements. 
• Provides user training and support to ensure stakeholders adopt and use software solutions effectively. 
• Continuously find ways to improve current processes, discover issues, and deliver better values. 
• Maintains existing ERP and CRM system. 

Requirement:  

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology / Information Systems (S1) 
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, but having at least 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst/Data Analyst is a plus. 
• Familiarity with Business application tools such as ERP and CRM is a MUST. 
• Have a solid understanding of business processes. 
• Proficient in data analysis and data manipulation. 
• Have the capability to visualize data using Power BI. 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concept to non-technical user.
