Job Description:
- Gathers information to understand business process/system needs.
- Identifies and recommends improvements for system/process.
- Create a functional specification document.
- Develop and implement new system based on requirements.
- Provides user training and support to ensure stakeholders adopt and use software solutions effectively.
- Continuously find ways to improve current processes, discover issues, and deliver better values.
- Maintains existing ERP and CRM system.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology / Information Systems (S1)
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, but having at least 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst/Data Analyst is a plus.
- Familiarity with Business application tools such as ERP and CRM is a MUST.
- Have a solid understanding of business processes.
- Proficient in data analysis and data manipulation.
- Have the capability to visualize data using Power BI.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concept to non-technical user.
