Business Systems Analyst / It Business Analyst / Project Manager

Job Summary: The Business Systems Analyst/IT Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement through technology solutions, and facilitating the design, implementation, and integration of new software applications or systems to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows to identify areas for optimization or automation through technology solutions.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT professionals, and developers, to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
3. Participate in the selection, implementation, and integration of new software applications or systems that align with business objectives.
4. Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing, and validation to ensure the implemented solutions meet business requirements and usability standards.
5. Create comprehensive technical documentation, user guides, and clean reports for the implemented systems or applications.
6. Provide end-user training and support for the adopted solutions, ensuring smooth transition and adoption.
7.  Analyze data and generate reports to support business decision-making and process improvements.
8. Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to the business domain.

 Qualifications:

1.           Proficient in english is a Must
2.           Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
3.           Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
4.           Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with business stakeholders and technical teams.
5.           Proficiency in requirements gathering techniques, process modeling, and data analysis tools.
6.           Experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and industry best practices.
7.           Knowledge of programming languages, databases, and system architectures is desirable.
8.           Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
9.          Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
