1. Before Arrival (Pre-Arrival)
• Checking the list of guests who have made reservations through the PMS (property management system), then contacting them to ensure detailed information regarding arrival.
• Provide information to other departments regarding the profile of guests who will be staying
• Ensuring the readiness of guest rooms according to orders and also preparing all needs if there is a special request from the guest
• Coordinate with the department responsible for airport pick-up if needed according to guest requests
• Prepare welcome amenities that are tailored to the guest profile
2. Check-in process
• Greet guests warmly upon arrival at the hotel
• Serves welcome drink to guests
• Ensure that the guest check-in process runs smoothly and quickly in collaboration with the front office
• Work with the concierge to ensure all guest luggage is handled properly
3. During Guest Stay (In House)
• Provide as much service as possible and avoid doing things that are not liked by guests
• Provide complete information to guests regarding the facilities owned by villa including the latest entertainment that has been provided in the villa environment and the area around the villa
• Ask for input from guests regarding the services provided, this is to avoid unwanted complaints
• Checking and cleaning guest rooms as requested, including changing the amenities in them with new ones
• Serving all activities or special events requested by guests such as birthday celebrations, Mother's Day, etc in collaboration with all the departments involved in it
• Helping to order plane tickets, trains, transportation if needed
• Checking the completeness of the minibar and its expiration date
• Updating Guest history
• Always ready to serve guests as long as needed
• Prepared barbeque event
4. Check-out Process
• Butler participates in preparing bills when guests want to check-out, of course, together with Butler Operator, including taking care of how guests pay according to what is requested
• Helping guests to make reservations again if there are plans in the future
• Prepare hotel souvenirs for special guests staying overnight
• Help re-check luggage and ensure that nothing is left behind in collaboration with the Butler Operator
• Provide guest transportation to return to the destination city
Qualifications :
• Have experience in FB Kitchen/FB Service?Front Office background for at least 2 year (preferred).
• Mastering a Japanese (preferred) or Korea languange skill.
• Friendly and ready to work on flexible working hour.
• Have good communication skills.
• Have A Driver Lisence.
