Butler for Tampak Siring Area

• Assist several villa managers in tasks such as guest check-in, check-out, and addressing guest needs.
• Welcome guests prior to check-in through WhatsApp.
• Ensure the villa is in a ready-to-use condition.
• Providing personal services to guests.
• Assist with menu planning, table setting, and serving during meals
• Possessing in-depth knowledge of all hotel facilities for guests.
• Collaborating with all departments (housekeeping, food services, etc.) to meet the needs of guests.

Job Qualification:

• Location: Based in Tampak Siring, Gianyar.
• Experience: Previous experience in the Housekeeping department.
• Language Skills: Good communication in English, both written and spoken.
• Team Skills: Ability to work independently and as a team player.
• Communication: Strong communication skills and a communicative nature.
• Problem-solving: Ability to handle complaints and solve problems.
• Appearance: Well-groomed and friendly.
• Energy: Energetic with good communication skills.
