Job Responsibility:
- Assist several villa managers in tasks such as guest check-in, check-out, and addressing guest needs.
- Welcome guests prior to check-in through WhatsApp.
- Ensure the villa is in a ready-to-use condition.
- Providing personal services to guests.
- Assist with menu planning, table setting, and serving during meals
- Possessing in-depth knowledge of all hotel facilities for guests.
- Collaborating with all departments (housekeeping, food services, etc.) to meet the needs of guests.
Job Qualification:
- Location: Based in Tampak Siring, Gianyar.
- Experience: Previous experience in the Housekeeping department.
- Language Skills: Good communication in English, both written and spoken.
- Team Skills: Ability to work independently and as a team player.
- Communication: Strong communication skills and a communicative nature.
- Problem-solving: Ability to handle complaints and solve problems.
- Appearance: Well-groomed and friendly.
- Energy: Energetic with good communication skills.
- Flexibility: Ability to work both in a team and independently.
