Butler Staff

• Provide impeccable, personalized service to guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable, enjoyable, and meets their expectations. This includes greeting guests upon arrival, understanding their preferences and requirements, and providing a seamless experience throughout their stay.
• Act as the main point of contact for guests, addressing their queries, and coordinating their requests with other staff members or external services (e.g., dining reservations, transportation, tours).
• Supervise or perform daily housekeeping duties, ensuring the villa is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. This may include organizing room cleaning, laundry services, and managing any specific guest requests related to room amenities.
• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the villa, coordinating with maintenance staff to address any issues promptly and efficiently to avoid guest inconvenience.
• Provide guests with concierge services, including but not limited to booking restaurants, arranging transportation, recommending local attractions, and organizing custom tours or experiences.
• Handle billing and expense management related to guest services, ensuring transparency and accuracy in all transactions.
• Ensure guests' privacy and security are maintained at all times, implementing and adhering to strict confidentiality protocols.

List of Requirements:

• Formal training in hospitality management or similar fields is highly advantageous.
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or private residences, preferably in a butler or high-end hospitality role.
• Capability to manage various tasks and requests simultaneously with a calm and professional demeanor.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Awareness and understanding of different cultural norms and expectations.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to anticipate and fulfill guests' needs before being asked.
• Absolute discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality regarding guests and their stay.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues swiftly without impacting the guest experience.
