Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Set up and breakdown of Cafeteria line
- Cooking for colleague Cafeteria
- Maintaining proper storage procedures as specified by Health Department and hotel requirements
- Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment to include wiping down tables, sweeping, mopping, and more in Cafeteria
- Cleaning of kitchen and Cafeteria equipment such as soda machine and more
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Requires good communication skills
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
- Maintain a high level of responsibility and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt under pressure
- Previous Culinary experience preferred
- Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred
- Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills
- Requires moderate supervision and training
- Must have physical stamina to lift, push, and pull moderate amounts of weight
- Must be able to stand for entire shift
