- Managing large amounts of calls in a timely and effective manner
- Handling Customers via Inbound, Outbound, Call, Email or Chat
- Identifying customer needs
- Researching customer problems
- Providing the right solutions to customers
- Keeping records of all customer conversations on the Call Center database
- Meeting targets in terms of quality conversations
- Full WFO at the Jamsostek Tower, South Jakarta
- Willing to work in a shifting arrangement, including in the Graveyard hours
- Actively Communicate in Korea and have TOPIK 3 Certificate.
