Uraian Tugas

  • Managing large amounts of calls in a timely and effective manner
  • Handling Customers via Inbound, Outbound, Call, Email or Chat
  • Identifying customer needs
  • Researching customer problems
  • Providing the right solutions to customers
  • Keeping records of all customer conversations on the Call Center database
  • Meeting targets in terms of quality conversations 
  • Full WFO at the Jamsostek Tower, South Jakarta
  • Willing to work in a shifting arrangement, including in the Graveyard hours
  • Actively Communicate in Korea and have TOPIK 3 Certificate.
