This role will be based in our Indonesia, Jakarta Office and report to the VIP Manager.

Main Duties:

• Assisting in managing VIParents community (momfluencer community under theAsianparent) 
• End to end Project Management:     
  • Find VIP candidates in the VIP admin dashboard
  • Assist VIP Parents project management on various admin task
  • Campaign Dashboard Management for VIParent projects

        - Setting up Terms & Conditions

        - Setting up Screening Questions

        - Review Application & Shortlist Participants (Eligible VIParent)

        - List down potential participant for clients approval"

• Manage & share campaign brief to VIP and Creator 
• Collecting data insight and payment for VIParents
• Daily update report to client to update progress project
• Create campaign report to share to client

Background and skills requirement:

• Have an understanding on KOL Campaigns
• Strong experience with the Google docs, especially Google sheets.
• Meticulous, organised and good attention to details
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good communication skills as this role will require you to work closely with cross functional teams and business leaders
• Analytical and project management ability
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
