Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the operation and performance reporting for campaigns
- Up to date with marketing trends/content trends
- Handle Campaign process from end-to-end (planning, development, execution, and reporting)
- Brainstorm with the Online Acquisition Team on how to improve campaigns
- Data-driven decision-maker
- Strong analytical skills (able to read data and metrics)
- Interpersonal Skills (As it is needed to collab with other stakeholders)
- Microsoft Office
- Conceptualize and manage demand-driving strategy, executive and creating events involving influencers, and KOLs across all categories
- Construct end-to-end full-scale key-influencer campaigns that support brand initiatives, objectives, and KPIs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing/campaign or a similar role
- Proven track record of managing successful KOL partnerships and campaigns
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Knowledge of the commerce industry and trends
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong network of connections with KOLs, influencers, and industry professionals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative campaign strategies
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, influencer marketing tools, and content management systems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
