Job Description:
- End to end member assistance in outpatient benefit (from appointment to treatment’s discharge).
- Handling with care & empathy, and provide proper explanation in dealing with uncover treatment.
- Assist in healthcare and claim flow for Rey members.
- Handle processes with the third party and hospital.
Job Requirement:
- Having a Medical educational background (Nursery or Midwife).
- Min. 1 year experience in insurance company, handling claim, call center/customer service would be an advantage.
- Experience in dealing with client, TPA & Hospital.
- Great communication for both business-facing and customer-facing.
- Good analytical skill, quick learner, and proactive.
- Willing to work with shift and Contract Based.
