Job Descriptions
Career Development Activities :
- Provide support on Career Seminar and Workshop with relevant issues for jobseeker and jobseeker candidate
- Conduct Pre-employment Training and other related training in job preparation
- Assist in providing career article materials
- Conduct Career Consultation and assist Assessment Program (test, report briefing and consultancy)
- Conduct and assist other program that support Career Development Preparation goals
- Provide support on Psychological Test and / or technical test and prepare the report for clients
- Support effective recruitment process of candidate selection and internship according service level agreement with customer.
- Provide input on current SOPs and suggest required revision
- Prepare all report related to Career Development program
- Assist in selecting, assess and recruit BINUS Graduates as employee candidates for clients
- Assist in developing Career Development program for BINUSIAN through personality assessment and training programs
- Conduct assessment activity for Non-BINUSIAN as Internship Center clients (individual and institution)
Management Support Activities :
- Provide Report to direct Supervisor
- Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
- Perform activities related to Quality Management System
- Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor
Education Requirement :
Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) or University Student (6th Semester)
