Job Descriptions

Digital Communication and Maintenance:

• Capture and analyze appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices for further improvement 
• Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to interact using the available media 
• Maintain and update editorial calendars update and schedules

Students Community Relations :

• Collaborate with Student Organization (i.e., UKM, HMJ) and Faculty to inform students regarding BINUS Career Center programs and activities 
• Maintain BINUS Career Ambassador students' activities in promoting BINUS Career programs

Promotion Activities :

• Collaborate with part time students in executing promotion schedules

Management Support Activities:

• Provide Report to direct Supervisor
• Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
• Perform activities related to Quality Management System
• Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor

Education Requirement: 

• Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) or University Student (6th Semester)

Work Exposure/ Experience: 

• No working experience
