Uraian Tugas

Property Advisor is someone who is responsible for the specified target to handle clients in finding new properties, with details below:

  • Achieving the predetermined target
  • Manage databases that have been provided
  • Introducing and presenting suitable housing for clients (Offline & Online)
  • Assisting client consultations related to appropriate home needs
  • Build relationships with property developers
  • Able to negotiate with various parties for closing
  • Able to work with the aftersales team to take care of client transactions that have been dealt with
  • Make regular reports through the system

Meminta

  • Have professional work experience with a total of at least 2 years (1 year direct sales experience). Preferably sales experience in the property sector (Sales in-house developer)

  • Able to present, public speaking and good communication

  • Able to build good relationship and negotiation

  • Humble, confident, high work motivation, friendly, diligent and positive attitude

  • Have a willingness to learn to fulfill the job desc

  • Willing to do field work (Have a private vehicle (Sim A/C)

  • Willing to work under pressure

  • Willing to work according to target

  • Must enter on holidays including national holidays. As well as picket day on a predetermined normal day

  • Willing to be placed in Parung Panjang area
