Job Descriptions:
- Provide regular and Ad Hoc report
- Provide Data for analysis and give Insight
- Provide improvement to support Team SLA achievement
- Support all Case Monitoring Team matters for Quality improvement for Case Monitoring and service for user
- Support other teams/divisions about data analysis, especially related to quality scope.
- Support other teams on Quality improvement for Case Monitoring Team and service for a user
- Work closely with the related team in company Projects & Assignments
Requirements:
- Willing to work in shifting arrangement
- A very ‘customer first’ mind person
- Familiar with numbers and analytics
- Understand data and good analytical skill
- Microsoft Office savvy, especially Ms.Excel Skills
- Have a bachelor degree (Nursing or other medical-related fields) from a reputable university
- Can demonstrate an ability to get things done in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
- Strong ownership and team player
- Good communication, detail oriented and well-organized
- Willing to work 24 hours shifting system
