Job Descriptions:
- Welcoming customers, answering their inquiries, helping them locate items.
- Have an in-depth knowledge of store items to provide advice and recommendations as needed.
- Addressing and resolving customers' complaints in a professional manner.
- Restock items that are running low and maintain proper display appearances.
- Involve in the regular inventory count and placement of new products, including new in-store or window displays.
- Ensure store area is clean and organized at all times.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least SMA/K.
- Having one year of working experience in the related field is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in English is a must.
- Excellent communication & customer service skills.
- Customer service & satisfaction-oriented attitude.
- Able to work on shift-based schedule.
- Willing to be placed in Renon or Jimbaran (Bali).
