Status: Contract
Main responsibilities include:
- Supervise Sodexo Food service at Hospital (Patients and Staff Meal).
- Improves day-to-day operations by developing solutions to improve efficiencies, methodologies, processes and teamwork.
- Ensure that all work done within Sodexo framework and comply with Sodexo standard HSE.
- Manages a budget through ongoing monitoring of financial and operational reports, controlling over-spend and seeking cost savings, and adjusting expenditures.
- Manages quality and compliance with service level agreements through day-to-day work supervision, management of projects and assignments, and monitoring of work quality.
- Manages day-to-day client relationship and client engagement, maintain good achievement on KPI from Client.
- Consolidate monthly report (site report including: WO tracking, invoicing, HSE, finance, minor purchasing).
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Dietetics/Nutrition, or Food Production
- Strong analytical, management skill
- Strong and experienced leadership / have managed 80+ subordinates
7-8 years experience in Food Service for Hotel or Hospital - Experience in Facility Management service is a plus
- Based in Jabodetabek
