What can you expect from the role?

- Building Good Relationships: Having good relationships with internal parties in Depo, as well as external parties such as Distributors, ISS, the surrounding environment of the Depo, etc.
- Accessible: Being flexible and easily reachable for discussions even with a distance (online).
- Behavior: Being able to work professionally and behave fairly in completing tasks for employees at Depo.
This role is is responsible for 1 Large Depo and 1 or more Small Depos around. He/She will be based at the Large Depo and remotely manage the Small Depos in Budget Administration and Data Compilation from Distributors. And below are the tasks of the role :
- Managing all budget management and claims (such as T&E in Concur).
- Managing OPSO administration and claims (Promo, SFI, Activity, Display, Loyalty Incentive).
- Managing ISR administration.
- Compiling Area Data (such as Secondary Sales, Distributor Stock, etc.) from Distributor (GT, LMT) and Conces (IC) data.
- Handling Depo building rental costs, RT/RW costs, and general administration and other workplace tasks for the Depo, as well as managing PPSD administration.
- Coordinating ISS and 3rd party employees (such as Office Boys) in managing daily procurement needs for the Depo (Purchasing Aqua, Coffee, Sugar, etc.) and maintenance of the Depo building/office.
- Supervising the attendance of 3rd party employees at the Depo (e.g., ISS).
- Controlling the performance of 3rd party employees at the Depo.
- Coordinating venues, transportation, catering, accommodation, and souvenirs if there are Area visits, brand activities, or promo activities for the Depo.
Does this sound like you?
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in Secertary/Tabulator/Office Leader or related role
- Good in Microsoft Office, Specifically excellent for report processing in Microsoft Excel. Data driven.
- Good Communication abilities interpersonal & supervisory with 3rd party employees.
- Excellence in Operational/Administrative
- Agile, proactive and curious.
