Qualifications
- Passion for food and have previous experience of working in a professional kitchen.
- Develops new procedures that can be used in the approach and treatment of customers now and in the future.
- Translates the interests and wishes of the guests into new concepts and processes that are aimed at adding value for the guests.
- Is continuously aware of the wishes and problems of the guests and as a result may adapt the Store’s/department’s strategy accordingly.
Knowledge
- Knowledge and ability to run a section
- High level of literacy and numeracy
- Detailed knowledge of customer service procedures
- Demonstrated knowledge of HMShost policies and procedures as outlined in The Autogrill HMShost Team Handbook and manuals
- Detailed knowledge of the Kitchen equipment Manual relevant to the role
- Detailed knowledge of preparation and presentation of all menu items including both food and beverage
- Detailed knowledge of Autogrill mission statement and core values
- Knowledge of workplace health & safety regulations
- Knowledge of how to use cleaning chemicals
- Ability to produce good quality food in all section’s Good oral communication
