What you will do :
- Supervise, control, and carry out pre production & production activities at Central Kitchen
- Checking and ensuring product demand requested by each outlet
- Handling complaints about the quality products produced
- Coordinating knowledge transfer and product calibration with the R&D Chef
- Analyze food cost Central Kitchen
What you need :
- SMK / Diploma majoring in Food Administration / Culinary / Hospitality
- Minimum 2 years experience in Central Kitchen or as Sous Chef
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in Supervisory Level
- Having product knowledge, result oriented, detail oriented, product quality control, hygiene & sanitation, food cost and cooking skill
- Will be placed in Kembangan, West Jakarta
