Job Summary:

• Maintaining contents of various commercial stores at digital platforms for both mono and multi brands to meet the guidelines of content creations and conveying 100% correct information.

Job Description:

• Monitoring Master article imported to DAM and submitting completed master article to Gtech to publish across all channels and listed as per agreed SLAs – 95%. This function also making sure all the master article completed both of master article and images.
• Collaborating with third-party photo shoot vendor to set up photo shoot schedule and preparing products for contents. List of images are sent 3 times a week as well as the actual product delivery to vendor’s studio. Images are important to complete the file data before sending it to GTech every day. The vendor is expected to send the images before lunch every day.
• Managing and monitoring all content team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree on Information Technology/ Computer/ Marketing/ Language or equal with at least 1 year of experience in e-commerce or marketing field
• Proficient on Ms. Excel, preferably has database or IT comprehensive. Good on linguistics and able to create commercial content.
• Understand about DAM (Digital Asset Management), Magento, SAP, and Market Places backend.
• Able to do English both oral and written.
