Our client is a rapidly growing e-grocery start-up backed by the largest conglomerate group, e-commerce and private equity firm. With their ambition to provide e-grocery services across the country, our client already has a strong infrastructure to support their ambitious target. To drive the business, our client is looking for a CEO.
Job Description
Reporting directly to the shareholders, this role will have the responsibility to lead the P&L in Indonesia. Managing a sizeable team consisting of dynamic individuals, the CEO will have full capacity in managing and coordinating all functions within the company by providing technical, operational and commercial support.
The Successful Applicant
- Related experience with minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in leadership role in tech business (transportation services, e-commerce, and any relevant business)
- Possesses strong leadership skills with a strategic mindset to lead the whole business
- Proven successful track record in growing the business in previous company
- Preferably someone who has good written and communication in the English language
