Our client is a leading listed health care company based in Indonesia with a long history and well known in the industry. They are currently a leader in the key categories of health care and looking for someone with a strong background in health care industry to succeed this CEO role.
Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible to develop the whole business unit
• Articulating business plans and strategies to management team
• Handling division of Commercial, Operations, Quality, Risk, Financial and others
• Lead the business operations
• Manage OPEX and CAPEX
• Maintain best standard practice
• Maintain good relationship with related stakeholders
• Be the face of company
  

Key Requirements:

• A minimum 15 years in managerial experience in healthcare Industry
• Experience in handling multi business unit / branch
• Willing to be based in Medan
• Excellent in analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Has a strong leadership skills and sense of health care business
• Excellent in strategic planning and long term planning
