Channel Development Executive - Nka

Key Responsibilities

Business Objective Deliverables

1. Support Channel Manager to develop channel growth plans based on brand activation plans, channel expertise and competitive intelligence in BCC, Personal Hygiene Category.
2. Ensure & monitor excellence in in-outlet execution across key customers/accounts, strengthening in outlet presence, brands, optimizing assortment, & promotional strategy inline with promotion guideline within supervise channel.
3. Track category & channel KPIs, conduct AC situation analysis & supporting demand planning (IBP).
4. Coordinate NPD development with other commercial & Supply chain stakeholders.
5. Run RGM (Revenue Growth Management) initiative to ensure a sustain and healthy company’s profitability as well as optimizing investment within the assigned channels.

Monitoring, review & process improvements

1. Provide regular monitoring scorecards for key initiatives both regular and or projects.
2. Fact based post evaluation analysis/review and recommendation of the key initiatives.
3. Identifying Market intelligent/benchmark from customers, competitors, category, shopper view.
4. Coordinate with Channel Manager to develop guideline and or improvements from current process.

People Developments

1. Create solid teamwork and manage drumbeat.
2. Provide right level of support and develop team’s tech & soft skills.

Essential requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree of any major.
• Willing to be placed in Alam Sutera, Tangerang.
• At least 3 – 5 years of experience in the related field, preferably from a multinational FMCG background, with min 2 years as executive/senior executive/assistant manager position.
• Intermediate in Microsoft Office, excel & PPT. Power BI is an advantage.
• Tech and digital savvy.
• Sales Operations.
• Key Account Management (both local & national).
• Professional proficiency in English both written and communication.
• Demonstrate good communication skills (good ability to convey or share ideas, advice, and articulate them effectively).
• Good interpersonal skills, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Meticulous and has an eye for details.
