Responsible for handling all matters related to the operational platform, refers to the characteristic of each platform and products, end to end operational from ensure stock availability, revenue, until delivery and complaint.
Responsibilities:
- Mapping stock to ensure successful order by customer
- Set Grouping product for promotion or event
- Make sure admin staff handle the work correctly and supervise their report
- Help admin team to escalate their problem to the related department
- Make Daily Transaction Report to the head department
- Solve day-to-day problem as soon as possible for seamless transaction for the customer in our website
Requirement:
- Min. Bachelor Degree from any major
- Min. 1-2 years experience as key account executive
- Having experience in e-commerce / marketplace / e-commerce enabler
- Oriented in details
- Able to use Ms. Office
