Job description:

• Involve in end-to-end process all unit in Shared Services Operations
• Involve in performing the end-to-end gap process (Account Services, Call Back Centre, and Channel Operations)
• Involve in any project activities under Shared Services Operations
• Create Juknis/Instruksi Operational for each process in Shared Services Operations
• Deals with related parties, be able to create complex & multiple business model scenarios
• Create end to end Process Flow (in detail) in all unit.

To be a successful candidate, you must:

• Minimum at 3rd year of your Bachelor’s Degree in any major. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Be able to attend and work physically at our Head Office in Treasury Tower, SCBD area (Jakarta).
• Have good analytical thinking, collaboration, coordination and passion to learn new things.
