What will i do?
- Welcoming and looking after our guests
- Friendly, timely and efficient handling of guest inquiries
- Advice, sale and serving of drinks & food
- Knowledge of the menu and all products and promotions on offer
- Receiving, forwarding and, if necessary, dealing with guest complaints
- Independent management of a station
- Adhering to, implementing and ensuring our service standards
- Support for the induction of new employees/trainees
What are you bringing with you?
- Completed training in the hotel industry or professional experience in a similar area
- Your motto is to offer every guest perfect and personal service
- Positive and dynamic work attitude resilience and flexibility
