Role Description
The instructor will be responsible for teaching and developing the curriculum for culinary classes. They will also be responsible for grading assignments, providing feedback to students, and supervising kitchen activities.
Qualifications
- Have culinary Culinary Arts skills
- Experience as a professional chef or instructor in the culinary industry for a minimum 5 year (minimum as Head Chef/Sous Chef level)
- The candidate must have overseas experience
- Ability to develop lesson plans and evaluate student progress
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to speak English fluently
- A diploma or bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field
- Experience working in a culinary school or teaching environment is a plus

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Teach culinary classes according to the curriculum (theoretical and practical)
- Develop creative instructional methods to engage students in learning process
- Develop instruction materials and handouts for students
- Develop daily lesson plans and instructional plans
- Prepare assignments, tests, and projects to improve student’s academic performance.
- Set Setup classroom, lab, and other school equipment and supplies for student
- Provide personal and professional guidance to students when needed
