**Job Description:**

We are seeking a passionate Chef’s to join our culinary team and drive our wood-fired kitchen to new heights. If you have a love for wood-fired cuisine and a desire to create exceptional dishes, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities:**

-  Lead and inspire the culinary team to create and execute wood-fired menu items

-  Ensure high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation

-  Work with local suppliers to source the freshest, highest quality ingredients

-  Contribute to menu development and innovation

-  Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

-  Uphold food safety and sanitation standards

**Requirements:**

-  Passion for wood-fired cooking and a strong understanding of the techniques involved

-  Proven experience in a leadership role within a professional kitchen, with a focus on wood-fired cuisine

-  Creativity and vision to drive culinary excellence and menu innovation

-  Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead by example
