Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management:

• Guide Excellence: Manage, mentor, and guide our Chemical Engineering and Manufacturing Team to ensure seamless operations and a high standard of excellence.
• Collaborative Growth: Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment by providing coaching and counseling to team members.

Project Management:

• Diverse Projects: Take charge of exciting and diverse Chemical Engineering projects, including OSA, Non UV Primer, Robotic Spray Pre-seal, Invisible Primer, In Mold Coating Adhesive, and more.
• Innovation Drive: Bring your expertise to the forefront as you contribute to the development and implementation of cutting-edge projects.

Problem Solving and Root Cause Analysis:

• Effective Solutions: Address and resolve Chemical Engineering issues across the development, commercialization, and mass production phases.
• Continuous Improvement: Conduct thorough root cause analyses, driving continuous improvement initiatives to elevate our processes.

Quality Assurance:

• Critical Issues: Identify critical quality issues such as bond gap and yellowing, collaborating with production technical personnel to implement timely and effective solutions.
• Constructive Feedback: Provide constructive feedback and innovative suggestions to enhance our production processes and maintain high-quality standards.

Safety and Compliance:

• Safety First: Ensure the safety and compliance of all chemical processes, adhering to buyer standards.
• Supplier Collaboration: Work closely with adhesive suppliers to uphold and exceed high-quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in leading Chemical Engineering teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in English is a prerequisite for this role, and candidates who are unable to communicate effectively in English will not be considered for the position.
