- Ensure compliant and timely documentation and resolution of events.

- Identify Continuous Improvement opportunities and participates in Continuous Improvement projects.
- Author /review QC (Quality Control) documentation and document all results in accordance to Good Manufacturing Practices and Good Laboratory Practices requirements.
- Responsible for the endorsement of Good Laboratory Practices {part of GxP} Environment, Health & Safety requirements and Pfizer Quality Standards (PQS) requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures in accordance with the Company Handbook.
- Provide training for team members and perform peer reviews of data and logbooks.
- Perform sampling and tetsing of raw materials in accordance with approved procedures and test methods, and record the test results in timely manner
- Perform sampling and testing of water samples, following approved schedule and procedures, and record the test results in timely manner.
- Manage retained samples of raw material to ensure all retained sample available, stored in appropriate condition and record in accordance with approved procedure
- Support procurement team related to raw material changes.
- Support regulatory team related to regulation submission process.
- Assist Lab Supervisor or QC Manager in laboratory investigation process.
- Maintain stock of reagents, column, and other supplies used in QC Chemical lab. Ensure all reagents and reference standards are valid and stored according to requirement. Ensure all equipment are calibrated and in a good condition before use.
- Develop or revise SOP or Form in Laboratory, if necessary
- Maintain Lab Area and facilities in a clean, orderly and operational state
Qualifications
Must-Have
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6+ years' experience
- Certification in assigned area, if applicable
- Sampling and testing ability
- Ability to write clear technical document.
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good Microsoft Office skills
Nice-to-Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- Pharmaceutical and quality control experience
- Effective problem solving skills
