Chief Concierge

Your experience and skills include:

Minimum experience of 3 – 5  years with international chain hotels.

Previous experience within capacity as Assistant Chief Concierge of Chief Concierge in a 5* Hotel operation.

Computer literate in the Windows environment.

What you will be doing: 

·        Outgoing, creative and eager to share the desire to deliver Accor values and HEARTIST philosophy.

·        Have a great communication skill.

·        Contributes to guests' sense of wellbeing, establishing a lasting and trusting relationship.

·     Oversee the overall concierge and guest services operations.

·     In charge of all hotel transportation requests, execution and billing arrangements

·  Handles any customer problems as required.
